Situated in Northern California, Allure Labs is an FDA-registered contract manufacturer. Our 165,000-square-foot facility, outfitted with a dedicated Innovation Lab and state-of-the-art equipment, ensures the highest level of production standards. We formulate certified organic, OTC, and non-OTC performance products and are ISO 22716 certified.
Fueled by a desire to create the most advanced and results-driven beauty and personal care products on the market, Allure Labs Founder and CEO Sam Dhatt has built a company with unbeatable expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. After starting out formulating skincare in his garage, Dhatt founded Allure Labs in 1995 and has since created products for over 700 brands.
Sam now leads a team of accomplished chemists who share his philosophy and enthusiasm for cutting-edge skincare technologies. Allure Labs’ clients range from boutique businesses to large-scale retailers and wholesalers, with a strength in OTC formulations as well as non-OTC and certified organic products.

Dhatt was among the first to work with Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) in 1992, the first to formulate with the groundbreaking peptide Matrixl, and the second to formulate with Glycolic Acid. At every stage of manufacturing, our Quality Assurance team tests and inspects all raw materials, packaging components, in-process bulk, fill, and finished goods.
